Booner Bucks and Trophy Toms
Thank you for allowing Midwest Monarchs the opportunity to provide you with a chance at that trophy of a lifetime. To book a hunt, fill in the information on the "Booking Form" link below, print the page and then click the submit button. Additionally, print out the Release from Liability Form which is located at the "Liability Form" link below. This form must be notarized. Mail both the Form and the Release from Liability Form along with your deposit to the address on the Booking Form or you may send your deposit through the PayPal links below. When we receive your booking form a representative from Midwest Monarchs will contact you to congratulate you and to confirm your choice of hunts. Our representative will also go over lodging, directions, licensing requirements and answer any questions that you might have. Again, Thank you for choosing Midwest Monarchs.
