Our Mission

We are working to establish the largest habitat in the Midwest devoted to Monarch butterfly conservation by raising funds to plant, grow, and maintain the natural surroundings necessary to support the Monarch and broader butterfly population.

01

Generate Support

One thing is for certain, in order to kick of this project, we will need the resources to do so. Please visit our contributions page to support our efforts. 100% of proceeds will go toward developing and maintaining approximately 840 acres of natural butterfly and wildlife habitat.

02

Establish Habitat

Once we have established a significant portion of funding, we will embark on planting, cultivating, and growing a variety of wildflowers, trees, and grasses aimed at the needs of the Monarch Butterfly population.

Ongoing Maintenance

With such a large piece of property, there is considerable maintenance to done year round. Managing water & erosion, tree pruning, and controlled burns to establish new growth are just some of the ongoing efforts that will be required.

04

See Rewards

As a result of your contributions and the work of many individuals, we hope to see the rewards of a growing and consistent presence of the Monarch Butterfly in the Midwest.
